Network

Anarchists create and join networks and federations to amplify affiliate voices, aid in the creation of projects and activities and to coordinate these projects and activities within the broader network, be it regional or (inter)national. Most anarchist "national" groups are bi-nationals, continentals or internationals based from the U.S. and Canada, so it is difficult to differ between their broadness. These organizations are primarily created by speakers of English, though French and Spanish languages are also represented. Connections between anglophone, francophone and hispanic regions are currently few, but are slowly being developed. Because anarchists often share groups with non-anarchists, not all networks or federations are anarchist specific, but often have an anarchist focus and direction. Some are more tight and coordinated than others, some are very loose and based more on similar project interests than the need to coordinate outside the local area and some are organized formally into federations.
