The Infoshop OpenWiki is a collaborative project which aims to build a comprehensive encyclopedia on a multitude of subjects. Some of our core subjects are anarchism, activism, politics, alternative culture, and much more. Unlike other online encyclopedia, the OpenWiki will feature critical coverage of subjects from an anarchist and anti-authoritarian viewpoint.

The Infoshop OpenWiki is also a support service for the greater Infoshop.org project and thus is subject to the guidelines and mission of the parent project.

Organization

The focus of the OpenWiki is on the creation of content, so organizational processes will be kept to a minimum. The project relies on standard anarchist processes such as cooperation, solidarity, transparency and egalitarianism.

There have been some initial attempts to create a board of directors for the project which will consist of regular contributors.
