Foxtel
From The Matrix
Foxtel is a cable television company in Australia, formed through a join venture between Telstra and News Corporation. Half of News Corp.'s stake was later sold to businessman Kerry Packer's Publishing and Broadcasting Limited. The current owner ship is currently 50% Telstra, 25% News Corp and 25% PBL. It was created to combat Optus Vision, now known as Optus TV.
Foxtel launched their Digital Offerings in March 2004.
