MayDay2K Open Air Rave and Street Party
MayDay2K will take place Monday May 1st at the gazebo park (83rd
ave and 104 st) in Old Strathcona (next to the Arts Barns). DJs
will begin spinning at 5:00 pm but the party really kicks off at
full speed at 7:30pm, when the May Day parade arrives at the park,
and won't stop till 10:00 pm. MayDay2K is set to coincide with the
International Day of Action Against Capitalism and is part of a
global protest campaign, carnival and street party being held in
various cities.

Edmonton May Week Labour Arts Festival and CJSR FM88.5
