Italians occupy Mexican Tourist Office in Rome

15 activists occupied the Mexican Tourist Offices in Rome Italy. They
are demonstrating their feelings about global capitalism and solidarity
with the Zapatista communities.
The demonstrators asked the office employees to leave the building and
unfurled banners from the balcony on the 7th floor on which was written
"GOBIERNO MEXICANO; GOBIERNO ASESINO, SIN JUSTICIA NINGUN TURISMO" (Mexican
Goverment=murder, No Tourism without Justice).
They demanded to speak with the Mexican ambassador who arrived at the
scene. The ambassador said he was in favor of the Mexican government's
position and asked the local police to clear out the offices . . .
Eleven police vehicles were on call.
