Yes, pepper foam does not disperse into the air like a pepper spray. Pepper spray could end up affecting not only the target but also the defending officers (or offending depending on ones point of view)

Some forms of pepper foam also include an "dayglo" type agent allowing the person "tagged" to be identified with a black light at a security check point and such.

I like how they say "mostly South Korean workers" clashed with cops. Just like "self proclaimed anarchists clashed with police." Always trying to undermine militant action and create division

did you see the s. korean pigs in Third World War? Those fuckers were beating the living shit out of protestors for nothing. No surprise they are willing to fight back.

I saw the intensity of the South Korean WTO protests and was impressed. U.S. protests, indeed! Working people over here need to grow some balls and start taking back what is being taken from us. The state of working class Americans like myself is horrible, but we only initiate half-assed protests.

The Fourth World War was rad. They some pretty brutal scenes of pigs beating the protesters, but have you seen some pictures of South Koreans beating the fuck out of cops?

The soundtrack to 4WW is really awesome. The footage of the Korean general strike was set to a version of "Rebel Warrior" from Asian Dub Foundation (from London).

Their music is really hard to find in the States, but it's available in mainstream Canadian music shops, or as an import in some indie music shops here.

Or, you can download their music from the internet.

Emma Goldman would be proud. They're revolutionary and have great dance beats!

This is the official website for the movie The Fourth World
War. Good film, I especially enjoyed the scenes from the
Quebec FTAA protest.
